The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating, breakfast bar and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is also a study with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size doubles, one with en-suite shower, a family room with 4 single beds and a twin room with en-suite shower, serviced by a family shower room.

To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a lawned garden. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included in the price. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed.

Within 2 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub, plus a beach in 2.3 miles. Alpha is a lovely retreat for exploring the charm of Cornwall. Please note: This property can only accept check in on a Friday.
