For keen walkers and those who love exploring the spectacular coastline and sea views from the garden at Trevan House you can walk through the small paddock which sometimes the owner keeps her sheep in and go through the wooden gate at the far end, this leads onto the National Trust headland and onto the SW coastal path ( please make sure you shut the gates to keep the sheep safely in their paddock) You can take a relaxing walk down to Lundy Bay, a sheltered cove with a sandy beach at low tide, ideal for watching the wildlife on the way. For those who like a challenge, experience the dramatic coastal paths whilst soaking up the fresh sea air and views. Polzeath is only a car journey away and a favourite spot for surfers of any ability, with beachside restaurants, shops, galleries, and cafés on offer.
