Create a romantic meal for two and dine in the intimate dining area. After dinner, enjoy a glass of something cool and crisp on the front terrace (it's fully enclosed if you have the dogs with you) or head to the lounge area to curl up on the sofa in front of the wood burner. At the end of the day, climb the charming staircase and you'll find a gorgeous king-size bedroom with a lovely feature window.

Head to St Michael's Mount (22.5 miles) for a romantic day out. Climb up to the highest point of the bedrock and make a wish. It's said that if you make a romantic wish while touching the stone it will be granted.
