Also inside the property is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with a woodburning stove and one bathroom with complimentary toiletries, a rainfall-style walk-in-shower, WC, hand basin, and a bath.

The property has off road parking. Also included is sun patio with a five-person hot tub, a picnic table and chairs, a BBQ, and two sun loungers, and a large garden with goalposts, swings and slide that is shared with the owners children.
