Surrounded by and overlooking acres of farmland, the house is blessed with country sounds, beautiful views and a private lawned garden. Situated in the attractive, wooded and sheltered Perran Valley, this substantial property is well located for a peaceful yet busy holiday!

The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a separate sitting room with an open fireplace, dining room and kitchen too for social gatherings. Outside, the lawned garden with garden furniture is a sunspot for relaxation and alfresco nibbles.
