Curlew, a single storey property, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for six, free standing cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV, DVD player, CD player/Radio, and a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), and a twin, serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, non-enclosed front garden with patio, lawn, bench, a garage for storage, off-road parking for two cars with EV charging available (needs to be paid for separately through an app/QR code at the property).

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all inc. in the rent. Highchair available on request.
