Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and enclosed gardens to the rear with a lawn, patio area and patio furniture, and a summerhouse/games room with table football. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, this is a non-smoking property. A shop is within 0.1 miles, a pub is within 0.6 miles, and a beach is within 1.3 miles.
