Accommodation Summary

Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor twin with PS4, TV and access to decking, 1 x ground floor king-size double with access to decking, 1 x second floor master king-size bedroom with en-suite bath, shower (over), basin and WC, 1 x second floor super king-size double (zip and link can be configured as twin beds on request). Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC.

Second floor family shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan first floor kitchen, dining and sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Ground floor utility room.

Facilities

Underfloor heating and multi-fuel burner. Induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not supplied). Wine Fridge.

TV with SkyPlus - Sports & Original bundle, WiFi, telephone (honesty). Fuel and power inc. in rent.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking for two cars.

Two first floor balconies, and decking area with garden furniture and space to hang wetsuits / store beach equipment. 2 pets by arrangement. Sorry, no smoking.

Shop, pub and beach <1mile. Note: *The super king-size bed will be made up as such but if you require the zip and link bed(s) to be configured differently, please inform us at least seven days prior to your arrival date. Note: Private parking for 2 cars; one space in the ground floor car park (height restriction 2.3m) and the other is in the next door car park located behind the Pinewood Flats, please note there are steps from the car park which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
