Kellan is a stunning, contemporary holiday home situated on the front line of the luxury Pinewood development with far-reaching views over Polzeath beach and out to sea. Guests have use of the sheltered communal lawn (for use by Pinewood properties only) with a stepped footpath that meanders down through the Pinewood Estates woods leading directly into Coronation Gardens, the shops, and the beach.

Entering the property on the lower ground floor, there is a useful utility room, shower room and two twin bedrooms. On the ground floor, the open-plan living space has bi-fold, sliding doors opening onto a balcony, creating the perfect area for gathering with friends and family. Two bedrooms on the first floor both enjoy king-size beds and sleek en-suite facilities, ideal for post-beach pampering; underfloor heating ensures a plush retreat in all weathers.

Savour the essence of the Cornish seaside by holidaying in Polzeath, a classic surfing resort that is fun for all the family. Book surf or paddleboard lesson, or even join a coasteering group for an exciting, guided exploration of rocks and coves.
