The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oil-fired AGA, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms all reside on the ground-floor and consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer, and two twins, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear terrace with furniture, enclosed surrounding gardens with lawn, decking, furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking is available.

Within 4.6 miles you will find a shop and within 3.2 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Mill House is a fantastic dwelling where you can enjoy a peaceful escape in Cornwall.

Note: Due to the property being based on a working farm, dogs must be kept on a lead.
