This single-storey property consists of a studio-style layout with a kitchen area with air fryer, fridge with ice box, kettle, a dining area for two, a double bed and a Smart TV. There is also an external shower room. Outside, there is a front decked area with gas barbecue and furniture and off-road parking.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome if kept on a lead. Apologies, no smoking.

Within 3.2 miles there is a shop and pub. Shepherds Hut is a snug, rustic abode for an escape to Cornwall. Please note: The private track is uneven.
