Penare House is in the pretty village of Mevagissey and just a ten minute walk to the harbour. The property boasts five bedrooms with the master en-suite bedroom with its ocean views, antique four poster bed and chaise longue worth fighting over! There is also a family bathroom plus a downstairs shower room.

The kitchen / dining area is large and well equipped with a wood burning stove, the sitting room is cosy and has the benefit of a real fire. There is also an entertainment room on the second floor with books, DVD's and games plus two telescopes to watch the goings on at the harbour if desired. The garden is lawned and has furniture plus a BBQ and there is off road parking for two cars.

Penare House is a lovely property for a large family to enjoy or some friends.

Note: The stairs to the second floor is steeper than a usual stairs, there is a fitted banister robe one side and a solid banister on the other.
