Winterbrook Cottage, a three-storey home consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining table seating six, and a separate utility room with a freezer and a washing machine. A highchair and cot are also available. The first-floor sitting room contains a Smart TV and electric fire.

The bedrooms consist of a king-size room, a double and a bunk. Bed linen, towels, electric central heating, WiFi, fuel and power are all included. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but this is a smoke and vape-free property.

You'll find the closest beach in 0.8 miles, and a shop and pub in 0.1 miles. Winterbrook Cottage is an idyllic Cornish coastal break. Note: No cats allowed due to the owner's allergies.

Note: Only off-road parking available. Note: There is a low ceiling area between the kitchen, utility room and bathroom. Note: The property is close to the harbour with some downhill/uphill walking.
