100 Hillside Villas is a single-storey house consisting of a kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, a dining room, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and wood-burning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with Smart TVs. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed decking area with furniture and a car park at the holiday park entrance, plus additional parking by the property. Ceramic BBQ available at an additional charge ( £25 payable directly to owner, includes 2x5kg bags of lump wood charcoal and 2 sets of natural fire starters). One well-behaved pet is welcome.
