Mayhurst consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a utility with iron and ironing board, and a sitting room with an electric fire and Smart TV. From the 4th September onwards this property will not be accepting pet. Several steps up to front door, not suitable for mobility issues.
The bedrooms consist of a super king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a king-size and a double, along with a bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden terrace with furniture, and off-road parking is available for 1 car.
Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub, within 0.8 miles, a lake, and within 0.9 miles, a beach. Please note this is a non-smoking property, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. A fabulous holiday is calling your name at Mayhurst.
