It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has six acres of landscaped gardens open for use. The Coach House at Pendower House is a delightful coastal retreat for couples to explore this stunning area of Cornwall.

Eight acres of landscaped gardens. Private enclosed garden for exclusive use of The Coach House. Ample off road parking.

One well-behaved small dog welcome. The property will offer dog bowls, bags, area for washing dogs outside. Sorry, no smoking.

Walking distance to the beach and coastal path. 1.5 miles to Polruan which offers a Post Office, Shops, Pubs, General Store, Tea Rooms and the passenger Ferry to Fowey. 2 miles to Fowey.
