Located just 500 metres from Polruan’s harbour, this cottage is perfectly located for a waterside escape with the whole family, four-legged friends included. With a passenger ferry to Fowey almost within touching distance, you’ll find it easy to explore, while back at your home from home, a warm welcome awaits you. The detached traditional cottage is spacious throughout, with a light, sunny decor and large windows.

In the kitchen/diner, you’ll find dining space for six guests - the perfect place to gather for a lazy breakfast or for planning the day’s adventures. The lounge is the ultimate relaxation space, with a wood burner and comfy sofas where you can snuggle up and watch a film after a day of exploring. On the ground floor, you will find one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, while two further bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed by the staircase to the rear of the property.

Polruan itself is an ancient fishing village, famous for its boat building heritage. You’ll find everything you need here, including two popular village pubs, while across the estuary in Fowey (3.5 miles) you can enjoy harbour cruises, kayak expeditions, and more.
