Ash Barn consists of an open‑plan living space with a kitchen including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms include a king-size and a family room with a double and single bed. The bathroom offers a bath with shower over, basin and WC, and there is a separate shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC.

The property has gas central heating. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair is available.

Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved medium-size dogs, over 12 months old welcome with a supplement of 30 GBP per pet. Sorry, no smoking.
