Coombe Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a Smart TV, books and games, dining seating for four, a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.

Travel cot (please bring your own bedding), highchair and stairgate available upon request. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn, picnic bench, and designated, off-road parking for one car, plus several unreserved spaces nearby. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Shared leisure facilities on-site tennis court, children's play area, gym, jacuzzi, and small splash pool, seasonal opening times apply. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre depth.

It has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.
