WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Travel cot is available on request. Outside there's a patio with garden furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry no smoking.

Nearest shop and pub in 1 mile. Lakeside is a wonderful retreat in Falmouth. Note: Property is near a lake.
