Trerubies, a reverse-level barn conversion has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, two double bedrooms, a twin, a bathroom and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Outside there is a multi-level, enclosed garden with courtyard, lawn, patio and furniture, with private stile to local fields, and a private driveway for three cars.

Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a stairgate, highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles, a pub and the beach in 1.2 miles.
