Please note: this property can only accommodate bookings starting on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays or Saturdays. During Summer School Holidays only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Friday. Sea Ledge, a single-storey charming holiday home, consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, AGA oven and hob, toaster, kettle, air fryer, and fridge/freezer, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove.

The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a family room with a single and a bunk bed (only suitable for children and young teenagers). There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent - please bring your own beach towels.

There is a front and side garden and designated parking space for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome (second dog can be requested) - Please note that dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms. Sorry, no smoking.
