The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, and a twin with TV, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, furniture, and barbecue, a rear patio, and an allocated parking space for one car.

One well-behaved dog welcomed at a fee, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles, and a pub and the Harbour in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Travel cot and highchair available. The Old Smokehouse is a wonderful base, perfect for exploring Cornwall as a family.
