The cottage can sleep four people and has three bedrooms, a king-size double, further double and single plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room with a gas fire.

Outside is a courtyard garden with furniture and there is off road parking for two cars. Located within easy reach of the pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries of Charlestown Speedwell is perfect for couples and families.

Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x single. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Kitchen. Sitting/dining room with wood burner.

Parking for two cars on private dead end road. Enclosed courtyard garden. One pet welcome at £30 per week, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
