Enjoy a romantic break at this inviting, one-bedroom holiday home for two, where you can relax in the hot tub and bask by a roaring wood burner. Located near Pancrasweek, 7 miles from Bude, it is well-positioned for getting out and about in both Devon and Cornwall. Venture out on walks and cycle rides from the cottage; visit nearby lakes and a nature reserve and pick up the South West Coast Path, with its fabulous clifftop views, about 7 miles away.

Take two very happy hounds with you if you wish to. Make your way into this homely property to find a delicious cream tea waiting for you to enjoy in the lounge/kitchen or the conservatory, also a dining space. Light the wood burner in the lounge and settle in here to watch the Smart TV or find a film to enjoy on the TV in the conservatory, while you settle down to a homecooked meal.

After dinner, wander through to the king-size bedroom, which has a TV , and is close to the wet room. Spend as much time as possible outside on fine days. Take a glass of something bubbly with you into the hot tub, light the BBQ or relax on the decking overlooking the pond.

A freezer can be found in a shed. There is parking for one car at the property. While away a few hours at Tamar Lakes, about 3 miles from the cottage, where you can head out on the water in a canoe or kayak or walk or cycle along the shore.

Venture into Bude to browse in the shops, dine out and swim or surf from the beach. Drive 24 miles to the fringes of the Dartmoor National Park to lose yourselves in beautiful Devon scenery.
