Sleeping 12 guests across six bedrooms, it’s spacious and family-friendly, with a country garden and a children’s play area, and the interiors are tastefully furnished.

The owners have thought of everything to make your holiday incredibly relaxing so you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Step inside to contemporary country-style interiors with relaxed neutrals and splashes of cheery colour. The spacious living room featuring a toasty woodburner is the heart of the home, with its large dining table and squishy sofas where you can unwind with films on the Smart TV with Freeview.

There’s a separate snug with a woodburner, while the kitchen and dining areas are well-equipped for large groups. As night falls, you’ll find six cosy bedrooms to retreat to, including a family bedroom on the ground floor with a double and single bed. There’s also a ground floor family bathroom, and a convenient utility room - great after muddy hikes in the great outdoors.

The remaining bedrooms and family bathrooms can be found in the North Wing and on the first floor, while outside guests can enjoy their own private garden, the perfect spot for children to run around in the play area. Dine alfresco and enjoy river views and BBQ’s under the stars on sunny evenings, and look out for red squirrels, ospreys and deer. Bike storage is available on site, and there’s unlimited parking available, a cafe within walking distance, and a shop and pub nearby (4.5 miles).
