Prepare holiday feasts for your party from fresh Scottish produce and then serve up outside in the sunshine or at your long dining table.

Clear the meal away and transform your dining space into a pool table for an after-dinner game. Light the wood burner on chilly evenings and settle down to a game of charades; play a DVD or watch a programme on your Smart TV. Listen to your favourite tunes through the Bluetooth surround sound system, open a magazine or discuss how you all plan to spend the following day.
