A thoughtfully designed and characterful cottage situated in the town of Llandovery. This two-bedroom home is perfect for two couples or a family who are keen to explore the undulating Brecon Beacons on foot or bike. Spend evenings snuggled on the sofas in the pleasant lounge which has a warming wood burner-effect gas fire and a Smart TV.

The contemporary kitchen has shaker-style cabinets and plenty of space to create delicious dinners, it also has a handy breakfast bar for grabbing a quick bite to eat. A bright and airy dining room has space for four guests to enjoy an evening meal. Upstairs on the first floor are the two bright yet cosy bedrooms with exposed beams and sloped ceilings.

One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other has a double with its own en-suite shower room. Outside of the property is a terrace with garden furniture so you can enjoy dining alfresco or sipping on a morning coffee as the sun rises. The garden is fully enclosed, so any dogs that have joined you for your trip will be safe to explore, and ample parking is provided for two cars.

There is also secure shed storage for bikes. Llandovery is a pretty town with a rich history. Explore the ruins of the 13th-century castle, peruse the independent shops, or enjoy a tipple in one of the many pubs.

The fringes of the Brecon Beacons National Park are less than 1 mile away, where you will find several walking and cycling routes suitable for all abilities.
