Holly House is an outstanding farmhouse-style property with extensive rural views, close to the UK's largest skiing and snowboarding facilities at Glenshee. The house accommodates nine people in five large, comfortable bedrooms, including a master double with an en-suite shower room. There is also a modern family bathroom with a bath over shower.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a sitting room and dining area overlooking the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden and a shared games barn, with off-road parking for several cars. Located a short drive from Alyth's local amenities, Holly House is a perfect holiday base for nine guests to enjoy the Scottish Highlands year-round.
