This countryside retreat enjoys a peaceful, rural setting within the small village of Tollerton. The property sleeps six guests and has ample space for families and friends to spread out and relax, with two reception rooms and a vast garden. The area is awash with walking routes, with the Howardian Hills within 5 miles and nearby long-distance trails to explore such as The Howardian Way and The Minster Way.

You'll also be perfectly placed for day trips to Harrogate (21 miles) and York (10 miles). The redbrick retreat set on a working farm retains charming features from the original barn. Hang your coats in the vestibule, and step up to the large lounge, decorated in a contemporary style with an array of comfortable seating set around a cosy wood burner.

Watch a film on the Smart TV, or chill out in the adjacent snug, with a games console and a second Smart TV. A separate kitchen – accessed via shallow steps – provides everything needed for a self-catering holiday, and you can enjoy family mealtimes around the elegant dining table under the wooden beams of the dining room. A handy utility room completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await, one of which has an en-suite shower room. There's also a family bathroom on this level. Outside, across the driveway, you'll find a large, enclosed garden with a lawn for children to play on, outdoor seating, and your own private hot tub.

The pretty market town of Easingwold is 4 miles away. The town has a great range of independent shops and eateries, and also hosts regular markets in the picturesque market square. Enjoy walks around its quaint streets, lined with historic buildings, or set out along The Floss Way which follows the river all the way to York, 14 miles away.
