Little Acre a single-storey, studio-style hut consists of a double bed with underbed storage, kitchen wtih combi microwave/grill, fridge, microwave, kettle, a dining area for two guests and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There is a shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for 2 cars.

Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.4, a pub, and 1.5 miles a lake. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Acre a charming retreat with stunning views over West Yorkshire. Note: There is a bar and restaurant onsite for guests to use.

Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP (just held against payment card). Note: One large dog or two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Keep dogs on leads as paddock is not enclosed and there are horses nearby.
