Set in a peaceful location on the outskirts of a popular holiday village, this spacious property makes a fantastic retreat for larger families and groups of friends seeking quiet and relaxing accommodation along the North Yorkshire coast. Positioned within half a mile of a beautiful beach, the property comprises a light and airy main house alongside a charming annexe, providing plenty of room for up to eleven guests. Lying just a mile south of the thriving seaside resort of Filey, this elegant getaway has been stylishly furnished and tastefully decorated, with far-reaching views out to sea.

The main house features a fresh, light-filled, generously sized lounge/diner as well as a handy additional snug and a lovely kitchen which has a breakfast bar and an additional dining table. There's also a ground-floor en-suite double bedroom. On the first floor, you will find the main bathroom and a choice of three further bedrooms: a sweet single, a cosy twin and a stylish en-suite king-size room with a balcony offering sea views.

The accompanying annexe has a games room with a snooker table, as well as a bathroom and upstairs two bedrooms – one king-size and one twin. Outside, the large patio has several seating areas and makes a lovely spot for dining alfresco on a sunny day. From the gate, a path leads across the fields down onto the beach.

Guests will also have access to a choice of facilities in the holiday village, including a coffee shop, a restaurant, a park and a boating lake. Heading north along the beautiful beach, the bustling resort of Filey (1.5 miles) has a great choice of pubs and restaurants. The traditional seaside resort of Scarborough is within easy reach (9.5 miles), while nature lovers and walkers can head south to explore RSPB Bempton Cliffs (8.5 miles) and Flamborough Head (12 miles).
