The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, twin, and single. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, and basin and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio, lawn, and seating, as well as ample off-road parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

Note: Owners operate Joe Joe Jims bar adjacent to the drive, this is strictly over 18's both inside and outside, open Wednesday to Sunday, holding a quiz on a Wednesday, open mic night on a Thursday and live music on a Friday and a Saturday evening as well as some Sunday afternoons. Live bands finish in the evening a little after 11pm, you will be able to hear the music in the garden. Note: Stairs are steep and turning, please take care.

Note: Bedroom 3 has a single bed that can be made into large double zip and link however, takes up most of floor area; there is a bedside table when made up as a single. Please note: the open fire will not be usable until the 28th of August
