Wells Cottage consists of a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, bar seating for two, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six, a Smart TV, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, and a twin (zip/link can be king-size on request), serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking for large two cars or three small cars and an outbuilding for bike storage and drying room with a hosepipe.

Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. No Stag/Hen or Similar parties.

This property can only accept Monday and Friday changeover and has a 3 night minimum stay. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 200GBP.
