The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and two futons in the adjoining second bedroom which is accessed via the master bedroom - particularly suitable for children/young teenagers.

There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front and side garden with gravel and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Shed for bike storage.
