This property is light and bright from the moment you step inside, complete with almost all of the accommodation offering on the ground floor and just one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom upstairs. The other three bedrooms are to be found on the ground floor, made up of a king-size, a double and a twin and each served by a family bathroom.

Elsewhere on the lower floor find an inviting lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV and a kitchen/diner for all of your mealtime needs. As well as the patio and garden for spending time outdoors, find a garage-turned-games room with pool table, darts and Xbox. Set off walking in the Gors Maen Llwyd Nature Reserve (2 miles), following a heathland and wetland route and wandering down to walk Llyn Brenig (4.5 miles).

This natural body of water is also an excellent choice for fishing or water sports! For mountain bikers, Foel Gasnach is just 10 miles away with extreme routes to get stuck into. Take a drive to the coast within 18 miles, exploring the northern edge of the Wales Coast Path and spending time on the fabulous Llanddulas Beach (19 miles).
