There’s a beautiful dining area on the paved patio, where you can roast your dinners on the charcoal BBQ, and just to top things off, you’ll have your very own hot tub too.

Inside is just as mesmerising with exposed beams, underfloor heating and breathtaking views from every window. Step into the hall and find the kitchen nearby. With a large island for cooking or socialising, you’ll find it a breeze when spending time in here.

Serve up at the dining table which has been thoughtfully placed by the feature doors which open up onto the patio, giving you views and light winds. When you’re finished here, move into the dual-aspect lounge which has an exposed brick inglenook fireplace housing a wood burner. Settle on the comfortable furniture and watch a film with your loved ones.

Leave the dog downstairs and explore the first floor where the library landing invites you to read a good book. The bedrooms comprise an en-suite super-king-size, two en-suite king-size rooms, and an en-suite twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). Leave the house and spend some time fishing in the River Ceiriog.

If you’re unsuccessful, head one meal to Chirk and pay for a fish supper – there are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants here. Just 6 miles away, you’ll find Oswestry which has a golf course, or Ellesmere which has a pretty lake.
