Enter the detached property to find a welcoming wooden and yellow kitchen with a sizable ‘L'-shaped fitted unit with dark surface tops.

Plenty of natural light pours through the wide over-sink window onto the dining area with a wooden table and seating for four. The main living space is a lounge/diner with glass patio doors, neutral tones and a wooden beam across the ceiling that divides the two areas. Gather at the wooden dining table with seating for six before snuggling up on the leather sofa or sinking into an armchair beside the wood burner-effect gas fire.

Continue through the hallway to reach a twin room and a bathroom. Upstairs is a family shower room plus two bedrooms with sea views – a double and a twin. Outside, you'll find a large, enclosed grassy garden with a patio, BBQ, furniture and storage space for bikes or surfboards.

While staying in the coastal village of Port Eynon in the Gower, you'll have two eateries and a gin distillery (0.5 miles) to check out.
