Located in beautiful Oxwich Bay, this fabulous detached property sits within well-tended gardens, with a spacious driveway to the front. Step into the hallway and you'll be greeted by the warm hues of natural wood and stone, and stunning features that continue through double doors into the beautiful lounge where there's an exposed stone fireplace, a wood burner and a beamed ceiling. A TV and gaming station adds home-from-home entertainment to evenings here, while French doors allow easy access to the rear garden.

Also off the hallway is a chic open-plan kitchen/diner housing every self-catering essential alongside an on-trend dining area with additional seating. French doors lead to the rear garden and there is also a handy utility room with laundry equipment. A king-size bedroom and a separate cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, there's a master super-king-size bedroom with a lovely en-suite shower room and, along the landing, two further rooms, both with twin zip-and-link beds which can be made up as super-king-size beds on request. The large, enclosed rear garden, bordered by marshland, has lots of space for children and dogs to dash around, plus a patio, BBQ and a wonderful breeze house where an overhead heater means you can stay snug well into the night.

It's just a 300-metre level walk to Oxwich Bay, where the stunning beach has golden sands and dunes, and is dog-friendly. There are restaurants right on the beach, and a village store, tea room and takeaway for all your other essentials. To explore further afield, Mumbles (10 miles) has hand-made crafts, luxury boutiques, a Norman castle and enticing eateries while Swansea, the second-largest city in Wales, is 12 miles away.
