Reopen October 2024 following an extensive renovation. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor twin, 1 x queen-size, 1 x single. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Underfloor heating downstairs and electric radiators upstairs with woodburning stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave. Smart TV, DAB radio, CD player, iPod docking station, WiFi.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available.

Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed gardens, lawns, patio, patio furniture. Three well-behaved dogs welcome(there is a £20 charge per dog for a second and third dog).

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Note: In-keeping with the period of the property some of the door heights are lower, and floor uneven.
