York Cottage offers an open plan living space comprising a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster, a dining area for gathering together, and a sitting area with a TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, served by a bathroom with a bath, hand held shower, walk in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard, and roadside parking is available.

One well behaved pet is welcome, although pets are not permitted upstairs or on furniture, and this is a smoke free property. You will find a shop, pub and the coast within 0.1 miles and a beach within 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Parking is available on the street at the front of the property, though it is by no means guaranteed and there is additional free parking a two minute walk away, You can unload outside and move here if there are no spaces.
