Green Gate Cottage sits in a perfect position in the heart of Reydon, just a short walk from the iconic seaside town of Southwold, perfect for a traditional seaside holiday with family and friends. The cottage is child friendly with a range of baby and toddler equipment available to book (this includes a travel cot, high chair, toddler bathroom step x 2, play mat, changing mat, baby bath, toddler cutlery/crockery, messy mat). The front door leads into a hallway with doors to the large open plan living/dining room and kitchen; there's also a cloakroom and conservatory on the ground floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms (1 king, 1 double and 1 twin) and a bathroom. The enclosed garden to the rear is spread across different levels, with a table and chairs.
