Known as the southern gateway to the Broads National Park, Oulton Broad offers plenty of activities both on and off the water. Enjoy strolls or canoeing along the River Waveney (1.5 miles) and explore nearby Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve (3 miles).

The location offers easy access to the popular coastal locations of Lowestoft, Pakefield Beach and Gunton Warren, which are all within 5 miles. Enter this charming two-storey country-style property into the hallway, kick off your shoes and relax. The door on the right leads to a welcoming downstairs lounge offering two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for movie nights.
