The cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor family room with three single beds (2 x zip/link, can be king-size double and 1 single on request) with an en-suite bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a shared utility room. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and a barbecue (available on request) and a games room.
