Hayloft, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a living/dining room with sofa, dining table, TV, and DVD player, and balcony with chairs, a game room with external and communal features table tennis, pool, soft skittles, Fußball, and TV & DVD player, and an external laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom is a double. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed shared front lawn with furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
