A sociable space for memorable holidays, the accommodation boasts a stylish blend of contemporary decor and original features. The kitchen/diner is a fantastic space for entertaining, with its state-of-the-art appliances and large oak dining table. Upstairs, the charming lounge is cosy yet spacious, with its exposed ceiling truss and warming wood burner for those chillier evenings.

Also on the first floor, are the five beautifully presented bedrooms, three of which boast luxurious en-suite shower rooms and one of which is accessed via another bedroom - perfect for families. When the sun is shining, step outside to dine alfresco in the enclosed garden while admiring the spectacular backdrop of the hills beyond. Set within the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, this area is a haven for walkers and cyclists, with fantastic trails and paths winding through the Roaches and the Manifold Valley.

For water sports, head to Carsington Water (16.5 miles) for a fun-filled day of paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking or sailing, or stay on dry land with an afternoon’s fishing. Adrenaline junkies should head straight for the rides at Alton Towers (7 miles), while those in search of a spot of culture should visit Haddon Hall (20.5 miles) or Chatsworth House (23 miles). Closer to home, the local village pub is just 1 mile from the property - the perfect way to round off a long walk.
