Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and a Smart TV. Outside there is a private, front patio with furniture, access to the owner's grounds, and off-road parking for two cars.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot and highchair. You'll find a shop in 1.9 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles.
