The property features an airy and inviting lounge with ample seating, a Smart TV, polished flooring, a high ceiling with beams, and a cosy wood burner, making an ideal space to sit back and unwind together. There’s also a telescope so you can take in the surrounding countryside. From the lounge, steps lead up to a useful mezzanine level with a TV, and comfortable seating, perfect for younger guests to get away from the adults.

Exploring the main ground floor further, you will find a fully equipped farmhouse-style kitchen ideal for preparing family feasts which you can enjoy around the handsome table in the formal dining room which has a high vaulted ceiling and another warming wood burner. A step leads up from the dining room and through to the second half of the property; here you will find three bedrooms: a cosy twin and two charming king-size rooms. A staircase leads from the dining room up to the fourth bedroom: a cheery loft-style double.

Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and there’s also a refreshing family bathroom. Outside, the extensive gardens offer magnificent views of the Staffordshire countryside. French doors open from the lounge onto a sweet patio with garden furniture and a built-in stone BBQ, making a lovely spot for dining alfresco.

The gardens also feature a pond, a table along with plenty of space for children and dogs to run and play in peace.
