Surrounded by a patchwork of rolling hills and with direct access to the River Nith, it is an ideal base for those wanting to switch off from the hubbub of daily life. Located in the small market town of Sanquhar, which offers all the conveniences you’ll need during your getaway, and with an abundance of outdoor attractions nearby, you won’t be short of things to do.

Enter into the open-plan living and dining area which is bright and airy, with French doors offering access to the garden. It’s an attractive and serene space with plenty of cosy seating, a dining area, an electric fire and Smart TV, so you can settle down and enjoy a relaxing evening after a busy day of activities. A galley kitchen offers all you need for a well-catered break.

The master bedroom is spacious, with a super-king-size bed (that can be reconfigured as twin beds on request) and there is also a contemporary-styled shower room with waterfall shower. Invite the outdoors in and throw open the patio doors to the enclosed lawned area, which overlooks the River Nith. Here you can sit back with a dram in hand and witness wild salmon leaping from the water!
