You can take a walk to the famous Wellington Monument (0.5 miles), whilst a visit to the town museum is a must for history lovers. An outdoor enthusiast's paradise, Exmoor National Park (20 miles) has rugged moorland, woodland and valleys just waiting to be explored by foot or bike.
